Decreto “Salva Italia” – Norme sulla privacy

In data 28.12.2011 è stato pubblicato in Gazzetta Ufficiale (n. 300 del 27/12/2011) la legge 214/2011 che ha convertito il c.d. Decreto “Salva Italia” del Governo Monti. Con questo provvedimento sono state introdotte alcune modifiche sostanziali al Codice Privacy. (January 2012)
