Marcus Emmer works in our Frankfurt office. He is a member of our environment, planning and regulatory and real estate practice groups. Marcus specialises in aviation, building and planning and environmental law as well as in real estate law. His practice includes representing clients in litigation with respect to public law issues. He is also a member of our infrastructure and transport sector group.

As a notary Marcus is active in real estate and corporate transactions.

Marcus was born in Darmstadt, Germany, in 1971. He completed his legal education at the University of Frankfurt, Germany, where he obtained a doctor of laws (Dr iur) degree and worked as a research assistant. Marcus served his legal traineeship (Referendariat) in Frankfurt. He holds a master of laws (LLM) degree from Nottingham Trent University. He was admitted as a notary public in 2011.

Marcus joined the firm in 2003. He speaks German and English.
