Our civil litigators have the experience and sophistication to understand your business realities as well as your legal challenges. Our integrated, one-firm approach means that we are ready to handle the potential risks arising in each jurisdiction in which our clients do business. We routinely handle multi-jurisdictional matters and are alert to the specific concerns and collateral consequences of civil litigation for each region and every regulator relevant to our clients’ businesses.
We represent financial services institutions, hedge funds, pharmaceutical companies, major industrial corporations and other entities, as well as their directors and officers.
Our practice focuses on complex financial litigation and commercial disputes, including defense of class actions and derivative suits, and litigation concerning M&A and securities transactions, corporate control, contract disputes, intellectual property, bankruptcy and antitrust.
Our civil litigation practice is coordinated by Marshall Fishman and David Onorato, both prominent civil litigators with significant experience and expertise in complex securities, banking and other civil litigation.
