Satya is an experienced lawyer who advises major businesses on all aspects of Belgian individual and collective employment law arising from domestic and international employment relationships and on a wide range of data protection matters.

Working closely with the firm’s People and Reward teams across Europe, Satya also co-ordinates the employment aspects of complex cross-border projects, such as reorganisations involving multijurisdictional employee transfers, outsourcings, due diligence exercises, collective dismissals and/or plant closures, including information and consultation processes, the prevention and resolution of collective disputes, and litigation.

He also has significant experience in data protection matters, such as digital transformation, the employment and data protection aspects of the use of company-owned material, use of social media, investigations, transfers of personal data across jurisdictions, general data protection/GDPR compliance matters and data incidents.

Satya speaks French, Dutch, English and Italian.
