Daniel is a Partner in our white-collar defence and global investigations groups. His expertise lies in the comprehensive defence of companies and individuals in complex white-collar crime cases, both in and out of court. In addition, he has extensive experience in advising companies in all areas of white-collar crime law (in particular in connection with corruption, embezzlement, fraud, tax evasion, money-laundering and trade law violations) as well as in compliance advice and in conducting internal investigations.

Daniel is a certified specialist lawyer for criminal law. Before joining our firm he worked for about seven years as a defense counsel for one of the leading German boutique law firms in the field of white-collar crime law.

Daniel publishes and regularly gives lectures on white-collar crime law. Since 2019, he additionally is a visiting lecturer for white-collar crime law at the University of Potsdam.
