David is a principal associate in our Private Capital / M&A team and a member of our global transactions group.
He has broad experience advising financial sponsors and corporations on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions across a variety of industries.
David is based in Frankfurt and currently on secondment in San Francisco / Silicon Valley.
He speaks German and English.
