Maximilien is an associate in the Brussels office and a member of the Disputes, litigation and arbitration group.
His practice focuses on commercial and corporate litigation, national and international arbitration, white collar crime and regulatory investigations. Before joining Freshfields, Maximilien worked for one of Belgium's 20 attorneys admitted to the Supreme Court Bar.
Maximilien is the author of several legal articles and is a regular speaker in the fields of corporate law, procedural law and white-collar crime.
He speaks French, Dutch and English.
