Rebecca is an associate in the Dispute Resolution Group in New York.
Rebecca has assisted corporations and financial institutions in resolving complex commercial disputes across numerous industries, including through cross-border litigations, commercial arbitrations, and investor-state disputes.
Rebecca’s experience prior to joining Freshfields includes extensive legal and policy research, including for the NYC Mayor’s Office of the Chief Technology Officer; a think tank; and a US diplomat in connection with his work on security and globalization.
