- Skyborn Renewables, a portfolio company of BlackRock's Global Infrastructure Partners, on its full acquisition of Nordergründe offshore wind farm;
- NEPTUN WERFT on its joint venture with Smulders for the design and construction of offshore converter platforms;
- AXA IM Alts, a global leader in alternative investments, on the acquisition of a majority stake in ILOS Projects GmbH from Omnes Capital and founder-led ILOS New Energy;
- MEYER WERFT on its comprehensive restructuring with its creditors, shareholders as well as the Federal Republic of Germany and the State of Lower Saxony; and
