Marleen advises clients on all aspects of European and German competition law – including on antitrust and regulatory aspects of global M&A transactions, cartel and antitrust proceedings, and internal investigations.
She regularly advises clients on complex cross-border transactions, representing clients before the European Commission and the German Federal Cartel Office, and managing local filings under the applicable merger and foreign direct investment regimes. She has represented a client in an antitrust case against the Federal Cartel Office before a higher regional court in Germany.
She advises clients across all industries including logistics, automotive, technology, and pharma / life sciences.
