He mainly deals with tax implications of financial transactions and corporate reorganizations.
Giuseppe also assists large multinational corporations and financial institutions in relation with tax audits, settlement procedures with the tax authorities, tax litigations in front of the Italian tax courts and tax ruling request.
Of Italian mother tongue, he speaks also English fluently and Spanish.
