Luca deals with specific pieces of work such as assisting clients on the termination of managing directors and other top managers’ contracts, large-scale redundancies, particularly in the financial, pharmaceutical and manufacturing and services sectors.

His approach is one of both commercial awareness and partnership – he works to get to know a client and understand their business and their business objectives.

He describes it as being the difference between offering a solution based on understanding the best result for a client and simply providing a service.

Luca is regularly interviewed by the national Italian media and writes articles on employment law, particularly new legislation.
