Ashley is a litigator in our Intellectual Property team, based in our London office.

Ashley specialises in life sciences patent disputes, including national proceedings and coordinating enforcement strategies across multiple European jurisdictions. Ashley also advises on trade mark and branding, confidential information and competiton and regulatory matters.  

Prior to joining Freshfields, Ashley worked in Sydney and London on multi-jurisdictional life sciences patent disputes and advised on patent, trade mark and copyright matters for clients in the pharmaceutical, medical device, consumer goods, technology, energy and pro bono community sectors.
