Philipp is a principal associate in our Munich tax practice. He specialises in the German and international taxation of businesses.
Philipp advises on domestic and international corporate tax matters including tax structuring and implementation of M&A transactions, intra-group reorganisations and employee participation programmes, as well as coordination and objection procedures with the tax authorities.
He speaks German and English.
