Costanza Cascone is an associate of our tax practice group. Her main areas of competence are domestic and international corporate taxation, with a particular focus on financial transactions and corporate reorganisations.
Costanza also assists large multinational corporations in connection with ruling requests, tax audits, settlements procedures, litigations also in parallel with criminal investigations.
She graduated (summa cum laude) in Law from “Università degli Studi Roma Tre” in Rome. She also obtained an LL.M Decree (focusing on corporate tax laws) from Cardozo Law School in New York as well as a Master Degree in Corporate Tax Law from Bocconi University in Milan.
Costanza is admitted to the Italian Bar.
Of Italian mother tongue, she also speaks English fluently.
