Kate is a senior associate in our London Global Transactions practice.
Acting for a range of international corporate and FTSE 100 clients, Kate’s areas of practice include complex public and private mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, as well as corporate governance and advisory matters. Kate’s varied experience spans a range of sectors, including in particular TMT and Consumer and Healthcare.
In 2014 Kate was seconded to the EMEA investment banking legal team of a global financial institution. Kate has also previously spent time on secondment at the London Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
