Christian advises listed companies and their major shareholders in all areas of corporate and capital markets law.
He has particular experience of dealing with cross-border and national business combinations and other major structural changes of publicly listed companies, including the respective corporate litigation and appraisal proceedings, as well as giving boardroom advice.
He has authored publications on German stock corporation law and the Transformation Act, and a range of articles on aspects of corporate law, such as corporate governance and corporate litigation.
He speaks German and English.
