Vittoria Deregibus is a corporate senior associate in the Global Transactions group.

She is specialized in private and public M&A, private equity transactions, joint ventures and general corporate matters. She advises Italian and international clients on corporate extraordinary transactions, both domestic and cross-border.

Vittoria has also extensive experience advising on equity capital markets transactions across a diverse range of sectors and markets. Her experience includes IPOs, rights issues, private placements and buy backs.

Before joining the firm in 2021, she worked for 6 years in a leading Italian law firm.

A native Italian speaker, she speaks English and French fluently.
