Hannah is an associate in the corporate team of our firm's Amsterdam office, and is part of our global transactions (GT) practice group.
Hannah's work focuses on domestic and cross-border M&A, joint ventures and corporate governance.
She has experience in advising clients on a wide variety of corporate and finance transactions, including international and multi-jurisdictional restructurings, (cross-border) mergers and spin-offs, management incentive plans, corporate governance, joint ventures and private equity structures.
Hannah completed her bachelor of laws (LLM) at the University of Utrecht and the University of Sydney. She has a master of laws (LLM) from the University of Leiden. She studied economics at the University of Amsterdam and followed a summer program at the Humboldt University in Berlin.
