Frank specialises in investigations and multijurisdictional antitrust filings. In addition, he has a particular experience in representing clients in corporate litigation. Frank also is the global antitrust practice group's Head of Legal Innovation.
He has been involved in many high-profile investigations not only in cartel cases but also relating to other practice areas, such as IP/IT. His exceptional expertise lies in how to use technology to the best of our clients.
Frank has pushed forward the firm’s innovation initiative developing software that is widely used internally to deliver our legal services more efficiently. He was seconded to our offices in London and Brussels leading a team of up to six developers of an expertise-automation app in the field of M&A and antitrust legal advice.
Frank has been recognized as "Future Leader" by Who's Who Legal for Competition (2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023).
He speaks German, English and Italian.
