Federico practices in the areas of M&A and transactional private equity, particularly in the context of cross-border transactions.

He has advised public and private corporate clients and financial investors in connection with takeovers, investment and divestment transactions, joint ventures and reorganizations, involving companies operating in the industrial, chemical, pharmaceutical, aviation and technology industries, as well as on ordinary corporate matters and commercial agreements.

Federico has also advised in the context of tender offers and other extraordinary transactions involving companies listed on the Milan Stock Exchange as well as on Italian equity capital markets regulations (including in connection with corporate governance matters).
