Constance is special counsel in our global antitrust, competition and trade practice based in Washington, D.C. She brings over 20 years of commercial and civil litigation experience into Freshfields’ market-leading antitrust litigation team.

Constance has extensive experience representing Fortune 100 clients in federal and state antitrust litigation, and investigations brought on by the US Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission. She has appeared in federal and state courts as well as in arbitrations across the US involving antitrust laws, including numerous complex, nationwide cases relating to reverse payments, alleged price fixing and monopolization.

Prior to joining Freshfields, Constance was counsel at a litigation firm in Washington, D.C. where her practice also included product liability litigation, environmental and toxic tort litigation, legal malpractice, contract disputes, and class actions.
