Sarah Maria Fröhlingsdorf is an Associate in our People and Reward practice group at Freshfields in Düsseldorf.

She advises national and international companies on ongoing employment law matters, covering both individual and collective issues. Her work focuses particularly on structuring and implementing complex transformation processes – from reorganisations and operational changes to cross-site projects involving corporate and compliance aspects.

In individual employment matters, Sarah supports employers with drafting modern employment contracts, designing remuneration and bonus schemes, and managing terminations, settlement agreements and separation processes. In collective employment law, she advises on co-determination and collective bargaining issues, works council relations and negotiations in challenging situations. She also specialises in advising on remuneration for works council members and ensuring compliance in the use of external personnel. Sarah represents clients in both litigation and out-of-court proceedings.
