Adam Gillert is Global Data Knowledge Lawyer at Freshfields, where his responsibilities include artificial intelligence, data protection and cybersecurity knowledge across Freshfields’ international reach.
Prior to joining Freshfields, Adam was Head of Information Law at Lexis®PSL.
Adam is an experienced commercial and technology lawyer. He has extensive knowledge of data protection, technology transactions and complex commercial projects gained working in private practice and in-house environments.
Adam was Consultant Editor for the first (2018), second (2019) and third (2021) editions of the Butterworths Data Protection Law Handbook and is a member of the Lexis®PSL Information Law Consulting and Editorial Board.
