Caroline is a senior knowledge lawyer supporting on sustainability / ESG transactions with a focus on the energy transition.
She has experience on a wide scope of energy and commercial advisory tranactions including renewable and thermal power, energy storage (battery and gas transportation and storage), LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas), CCUS (Carbon Capture, Use and Storage), energy company acquisitions, greenfield natural resources projects and reserve-based lending. Before becoming a lawyer, Caroline worked as a nuclear physicist and power trader.
