Alicia advises financial institutions and unregulated companies on all aspects of banking regulatory and financial services law. In particular, she advises banks, investment firms and payment service providers on licensing requirements and procedures, financing rounds, governance issues and ongoing regulatory requirements. Her broad experience spans standalone regulatory advice as well as support in cross-border M&A, financing transactions, corporate reorganisations, disputes, investigations, and regulatory enforcement. She represents clients before regulatory bodies such as the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) and the European Central Bank.

Alicia was seconded to a global custody bank and an automotive company. She regularly publishes articles and papers and frequently speaks at conferences and internal workshops, sharing insights on emerging trends and regulatory challenges.
