Léa is an associate in our Global Transactions practice.
Léa’s practice focuses on public law, regulatory and environmental matters, as well as foreign investment control. She advises corporations, financial sponsors and governmental entities in a wide range of transactions with a particular focus on infrastructure deals in the energy and utilities sectors.
