Coen is an Associate in our Amsterdam office.
Prior to joining Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, he worked as a lecturer and PhD researcher at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. His doctoral research focused on the influence of soft law standards on Dutch general tort law provisions. He plans to defend his thesis in 2025.
