Emily is an associate in our London tax practice and advises on the tax aspects of a range of transactional, contentious and advisory matters, including private and public M&A, financings, joint ventures and restructurings, as well as tax disputes and litigation. She acts for financial sponsors, corporates and financial institutions across a variety of business sectors.
Emily trained at Freshfields and was seconded to the firm’s International Arbitration team in Washington DC during her training contract.
