Annabel Kennard

Annabel is an associate in our London tax practice and advises corporates, financial institutions and investment funds across a variety of business sectors.

Annabel advises on the tax aspects of a range of transactional and advisory matters, including private and public M&A transactions, financings and corporate restructurings.  Annabel also advises on tax disputes and litigation.

Annabel trained at Freshfields and has spent time on secondment to Freshfields’ Tokyo office.
