Vincent Ko is an associate in the Global Transactions Group at our Hong Kong office. His practice encompasses a broad range of corporate transactional and advisory work, including advising private equity firms, financial institutions, and Hong Kong-listed companies on public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private placements, private equity, and corporate restructurings.
In 2024, Vincent completed a secondment at Cathay Pacific. In 2020, he completed a secondment at Lone Star Funds, a global private equity firm. Before joining Freshfields, Vincent worked in the Hong Kong offices of two other major US law firms.
He read law at the University of Cambridge and is admitted to practice in Hong Kong and New York.
Vincent is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
