Aaran is an associate in our Global Transactions practice group. He advises on a broad range of carve-out, commercial, intellectual property and technology matters.

Aaran advises corporates and private equity sponsors on transactions including acquisitions and disposals, carve-outs, joint ventures, licensing, and other complex commercial transactions across a range of sectors including technology and financial services.

During his time at Freshfields, Aaran has spent time on secondment at Barclays.
