Sören advises his clients in all areas of corporate tax law. Particular focuses of his work include conducting proceedings in and out of court, providing tax advice on transactions, and making expert appraisals in relation to ongoing tax questions. In addition, Sören regularly advises on issues of partnership tax law, VAT matters and in the field of non-profit tax law. He also provides tax advice on topics related to civil, employment and energy law.

Having worked in tax administration and academia for several years, he combines a practical and results-oriented approach with academic expertise, thus covering a broad spectrum of tax advisory activities. Sören is the author of several specialist tax publications.
