About
Zita is a principal associate in our Brussels office and a member of the Global Transactions team, focusing on finance work.
Zita has a particular focus on corporate finance, asset based finance and project finance matters. She advises borrowers and lenders on a broad range of domestic and international financing transactions, including syndicated lending, capital markets, acquisition finance and debt restructuring.
Prior to joining Freshfields, Zita worked in the finance team of another international law firm.
She is fluent in Dutch, English and French.
