Peter is a counsel based in our Hong Kong office. He advises on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, China outbound investment, and China corporate and commercial law matters.
Additional Information
Peter graduated from Fudan University with an LL.B. degree. He then obtained an LL.M. degree from Columbia University School of Law.
Peter is admitted to the New York State Bar and has passed the PRC bar exam. He speaks fluent Mandarin and English.
