Cédric Lindenmann is a counsel in our IT/IP group and is based in Singapore. Cédric has over ten years of experience in advising clients on complex and strategic technology and data transactions across various sectors and jurisdictions.
He is well versed in advising clients on complex digital transformation projects and collaboration agreements, business processes and IT outsourcing projects, cloud computing, software licensing and support agreements, software development projects and agreements for the implementation of ERP solutions, and other strategic collaboration agreements in the APAC region and globally.
