• Compass plc on the divestment of their operations in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania.
• Carrier Global Corporation on the bid for a leading Polish manufacturer of fire detection and alarm systems.
• Banca Transilvania on the English law aspects of its acquisition of 100 per cent of the share capital of Microinvest, a company specialised in financing small businesses, the leader of the non-banking financing market in the Republic of Moldova.
• Tnuva, the Israeli food creation and marketing company, on its bid to acquire Imlek, a Serbian food company specializing in milk processing and dairy products.
• Emarsys, a leading platform provider for cross-channel customer loyalty, on its takeover by SAP.
