Rebecca is an associate in the Dispute Resolution practice based in Silicon Valley where she focuses on securities and shareholder litigation, M&A litigation, white collar defense, government investigations, and appellate and general commercial litigation in federal and state courts.
Rebecca has an active pro bono practice and has represented immigration detainees in immigration court and on obtaining habeas relief and has advocated for and represented incarcerated clients in settlement negotiations.
