Toni Marciante is a counsel in the Italian tax practice group.
He mainly advices on domestic and international tax matters, with a particular focus on the tax treatment of (i) private
equity and M&A transactions and corporate reorganisations, (ii) financing transactions (iii) management incentive and co-investment plans; (iv) real estate transactions.
He also regularly assists clients with ruling requests, tax audits (often with related tax criminal aspects),
settlement procedures with the tax authorities and tax litigation before the Italian tax courts
Of Italian mother tongue, he speaks English fluently and French.
