Zoë Meßner-Schmitt is a Principal Associate at the Dispute Resolution Practice Group and specializes in litigation and arbitration. She advises and represents national and international companies in complex disputes concerning all areas of business and commercial law. She is particularly experienced in strategic advice for national and international clients for the defense against mass claims and the coordination and technical capabilities required to handle mass claims and collective actions. Zoë is also experienced in real estate and financial disputes. She was also seconded to a global payment services provider with a particular focus on litigation matters.
