About
Lars acts for multinationals, emerging companies, financial investors and founders on M&A, complex carve-outs/spins, joint ventures and growth investments. He is active in a variety of industries, with a particular focus on the life sciences, healthcare, tech and fintech sectors. He currently heads Freshfields’ global tech, media and telecoms group.
Having previously worked in the firm’s London and Singapore offices and inhouse for a major client of the firm in Mumbai, Lars is now based in Frankfurt and Berlin but maintains a global practice that spans Europe, the US, Asia, and the Middle East. He works closely in particular with the firm’s Silicon Valley Office.
