Christina is an associate in our Global Transactions group based in London. She specialises in investment funds.

Christina trained in London. Prior to joining Freshfields in February 2022, she spent four years with a leading law firm in Guernsey and London, with particular experience in the structuring, launch, regulation and operation of a range of funds, including private equity, infrastructure and venture capital. Christina’s experience also includes advising on secondary transactions, co-investment arrangements and management incentive programmes, as well as on fund-related M&As and restructuring.
