Priyanka is a senior associate in our global transactions finance practice group.

Her practice focuses on structured finance transactions, and she has represented sponsor, investor, lender and borrower clients from multiple jurisdictions across a range of sectors including fintech, automotive and diamond sectors.

Priyanka started her career in 2011 with a private sector bank in Mumbai, India and shortly thereafter joined the finance practice at a leading law firm in Mumbai. Priyanka joined Freshfields in 2021 after having worked in India over several years. 

Priyanka’s diverse financing experience and cross-practice agility helps her offer comprehensive advice to clients.
