Dan Nguyen is an associate focusing on corporate M&A practices, based in our Ho Chi Minh City office.
Dan has practised law in Vietnam for nearly five years. She is a member of our corporate and finance team. Her areas of expertise include corporate and finance. Dan has extensive experience advising local and foreign companies, private equity investors, and conglomerates on cross-border matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, energy, project financings, restructurings and divestment.
Prior to joining Freshfields, she worked for a first-tier Vietnamese law firm and a leading Singaporean law firm based in Ho Chi Minh City.
Dan speaks fluent English.
