Chantelle advises on all aspects of employment, share schemes and pensions law in advisory, transactional and contentious contexts.
Chantelle joined Freshfields in 2012 and qualified into the People and Reward team as an associate in September 2014.
Chantelle's recent experience includes advising on employment and share schemes issues across a number of complex cross-border corporate transactions, both public and private, and advising on unfair dismissal, whistleblowing, and discrimination claims in the employment tribunal. Chantelle also regularly advises on executive appointments and terminations and the establishment and operation of employee share schemes.
Chantelle carries out pensions advisory work for both companies and trustees of pension schemes. She also advises on pensions disputes.
In 2014, Chantelle spent six months on secondment to the Freshfields' Manchester office.
In 2016, Chantelle spent seven months on secondment to the Office of General Counsel at Deloitte LLP in London, where she worked closely with the Deloitte General Counsel.
