About
Can-Michael is a principal associate and a member of our real estate team in Vienna. He focuses, inter alia, on real estate transactions (share and asset deals), commercial/industrial leases and real estate development (e.g. reorganisation of chemical/industrial parks). Further, he advises national and international real estate investors, international retail companies, car-dealerships, financial institutions and hotel operators. In addition, he actively supports our corporate team in several corporate transactions.
He has led the due diligence process and contract negotiations for several national and international transactions.

- Borealis on the sale of its fertilizer, melamine and technical nitrogen business (including a pre-transaction restructuring and carve outs) with an enterprise value of EUR 810 million.
- Novartis on its spin-off of the Sandoz business, in particular planning and implementing the spin-off structure for several pharmaceutical production and research parks.
