- Regularly advising Mercedes-Benz Group AG on its U.S. dollar denominated investment grade bond offerings, including its most recent $2.45 billion offering consisting of $550 million Floating Rate notes due 2027, $600 million 4.800% notes due 2026, $700 million 4.900% notes due 2027, and $600 million 5.100% notes due 2029.
- Advising RWE Group on its $2 billion notes offering consisting of $1 billion 5.125% notes due 2035 and $1 billion 5.875% notes due 2055.
- Advising ZF Friedrichshafen on the issuance of $1.5 billion 7.500% senior notes due 2031.
- Advising the initial purchasers in connection with Grünenthal GmbH's offering of €500 million 4.625% senior secured notes due 2031.
- Advising Fressnapf in connection with Fressnapf Holding SE’s offering of €800,000,000 5.25% Senior Notes due 2031.
- Advising Takko Fashion GmbH on its €350 million 10.25% senior secured notes due 2030.
- Advising RWE Group ('RWE') on its $2 billion notes offering consisting of $1bn 5.875% notes due April 16, 2034 and $1bn 6.250% notes due April 16, 2054.
- Advising the initial purchasers in connection with Wepa Hygieneprodukte's offering of €250 million 5.625% senior secured notes due 2031.
