Emily is an associate in our Global Transactions practice group and advises on a broad range of commercial and intellectual property matters. Emily advises clients on M&A, disposals, carve-outs, licensing and other commercial arrangements across a range of industries.

During her time at Freshfields, Emily has spent time on secondment to the Silicon Valley office.
