Lukas is a Principal Associate in our dispute resolution practice.
Lukas advises and represents domestic and international clients on a wide range of high-profile litigation, arbitration and out‑of‑court disputes. He has extensive experience in the financial institutions sector and helps clients across all industries anticipate, manage and mitigate litigation risks connected to large-scale compliance and commercial projects. He is a member of our Financial Institutions Disputes Group, International Arbitration Group and Mass Claims Group. Between April and December 2020, he was seconded to Airbus in Toulouse.
He speaks German, English, French and Spanish.

- Acting for energy companies in DIS arbitrations arising from construction and procurement contracts.
- Advising a German financial institution on follow‑on litigation in Eastern Europe relating to an ICC arbitration.
- Mediation regarding a dispute between shareholders over a share exchange payout under a shareholders’ agreement.
- Coordinating global defence strategy and representing major automotive manufacturers in worldwide mass claims proceedings.
- Investigation on behalf of the German Football Association into the tender process for the organisation of the 2006 FIFA World Cup.
