Hinda is qualified in common and civil law and has extensive experience as counsel in commercial and investment treaty arbitrations in English and Spanish conducted under all the major arbitration rules. Her practice covers a range of industries including energy, construction, telecommunications, real estate, pharmaceuticals, mining and infrastructure.

Hinda also regularly sits as arbitrator in international commercial arbitration proceedings. She is a member of the New York City Bar’s International Commercial Disputes Committee. Hinda is listed in the Compendium of Unicorns: A Global Guide to Women Arbitrators published by Global Arbitration Review and in the Who's Who Legal Guide as a Future Leader in Arbitration.

Prior to joining Freshfields, Hinda worked in the Paris office of another international law firm and in the legal department of UNESCO. Hinda also clerked at the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague for several international tribunals in investor-state and inter-state disputes.
